Designed for photographers, nature lovers, and anyone wanting the most spectacular scenery around Dawson City. This tour visits several elevated viewpoints offering wide-open views of mountains, rivers, and the surrounding Yukon wilderness. We begin by crossing the Yukon River on the George Black Ferry and heading toward the Top of the World Highway. Our first stop is a rocky crag viewpoint with sweeping views across two countries and multiple mountain ranges.
On the return, we stop at the Forty Mile herd lookout and the Welcome to Dawson City sign for additional panoramic views. We then continue to the Sunnydale Road golf course viewpoint, a classic perspective looking back across the river toward Dawson.
The tour concludes with a final stop at Midnight Dome for a full 360-degree view of Dawson City and the surrounding mountains.
Approximate duration: 3.5 hours (depending on ferry timing)
Price: $300 (up to 4 passengers)
